Seattle Mayor Mike McGinn will unveil a new plan that could change last call.According to Seattle City Attorney Pete Holmes, McGinn will announce a formal petition to the state Liquor Control Board Thursday morning to stagger closing times at certain establishments around Seattle.
In some cases, the bars will be asked to consider a pilot program during which some bars would stay open 24 hours, Holmes said.
And some people say it?s about time.
