How long it takes depends on the attorney. However, if the seller has not signed your offer yet, it does allow time for another offer to be presented.I have found that attorneys can take their time reviewing offers but most of them know that it is in the best interest of their client to review offers within a reasonable period of time. The question is what is considered?a reasonable time period! I like to put time restrictions?in my offers so that it does not take a long time for a seller to make a decision.Keep in mind though that you can withdraw? your offer before?is signed, sealed and delivered to your agent. Hang in there......you have nothing to lose. However, your?agent could express you anxiety with the other agent especially if you decide to start looking at other homes in the meantime.Good Luck!Donna
